Lumecca is suitable for:
- Pigmentation and sun spots

- Acne marks
- Uneven skin tone
- Dull, tired-looking skin
For safety and optimal results, this treatment is suitable for Fitzpatrick skin types I–III only and a patch test is preferred.
Why Lumecca?
Lumecca is considered one of the most advanced IPL technologies available, delivering stronger and more effective results compared to traditional IPL treatments.
- Higher peak power for better results
- Targets both pigmentation and vascular concerns in one treatment
- Fewer sessions required compared to standard IPL
- Clinically proven technology by InMode
Many patients see visible improvement after just 1–2 sessions.
What Results Can I Expect?
Following treatment, the skin appears:
- Brighter and more even
- Reduced pigmentation and redness
- Clearer with improved overall tone
Pigmented areas may temporarily darken before flaking off, revealing clearer skin underneath.
Results continue to improve over the following weeks.
Treatment Experience
The treatment involves short pulses of light delivered to the skin.
You may feel a quick warm or snapping sensation, but the procedure is generally well tolerated.
The session is quick and requires no downtime, allowing you to return to normal activities shortly after.
FAQ
How many sessions will I need?
Most patients require 1–3 sessions depending on the severity of pigmentation or redness.
Is Lumecca painful?
The treatment is well tolerated, with a mild snapping sensation during the pulses.
When will I see results?
Improvements can often be seen after the first session, with continued results over the following weeks.
Can I have this treatment all year round?
Lumecca is best performed when sun exposure is limited. You should avoid treatment if you are tanned.
Is there downtime?
There is minimal downtime. Pigmentation may darken temporarily before naturally shedding.
Why can’t darker skin types be treated?
IPL targets pigment in the skin, so treating darker skin types increases the risk of complications. For this reason, we safely treat Fitzpatrick I–III only.
