Booking Policy – M&K Aesthetics
At M&K Aesthetics, we operate a structured booking system to ensure fairness, efficiency, and the highest standard of care for every client. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments & Deposits
A £50 deposit per appointment is required to secure your booking.
• Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable
• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, the £50 deposit will be retained
• A new £50 deposit will be required to rebook
This policy ensures we can operate efficiently and offer availability to other clients.
Booking Offers & Packages
Discounted treatments and packages must be used within a specified timeframe:
- Typically 6 to 12 months, depending on the treatment (e.g. PRP, Morpheus8)
- Expiry dates are strictly applied
Unused sessions outside this period may be forfeited.
Results Disclaimer
We are committed to delivering the highest level of care and expertise. However:
- Results vary between individuals
- No specific outcome can be guaranteed
- Results depend on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare
Clients are expected to follow all aftercare advice to support optimal results.
Children, Guests & Pets
To maintain a safe and professional environment:
- Please ask in advance before bringing children, guests, or pets
- Children must not be left unattended
- Our clinic is not equipped to provide childcare
We reserve the right to refuse entry if this policy is not respected.
Loyalty Card
Loyalty cards must be presented at the time of your appointment.
- We are unable to add stamps retrospectively
- Missed stamps cannot be applied later
Late Arrivals
We allow a grace period of approximately 5–20 minutes, depending on the treatment booked.
- If you arrive beyond this time, your appointment may not be carried out
- Your £50 deposit will be retained, and a new booking will be required
Please note:
Delays due to circumstances outside your control (such as transport issues, meetings, or personal matters) remain the responsibility of the client. Missed appointments cannot be refunded or accommodated.
On the Day of Treatment
For safety and professionalism, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if:
- You arrive under the influence of alcohol or appear hungover
- You are unwell or not medically fit for treatment
In such cases, the appointment will be cancelled and the £50 deposit will be retained. This is to protect both our clients and our clinical team.
Our policies are designed to create a balanced and respectful environment, allowing us to deliver the highest standard of care while minimising inconvenience for our clients wherever possible.
