DEPOSITS

Our Aesthetic Consultations are complementary if you decide to go ahead with a treatment, however we take a small deposit to secure the time slot (Aesthetic Consultation – £50) Should you not wish you go ahead with the suggested treatment your deposit would then be taken. The consultation fee is redeemable against the treatment but not refundable. If you wish to book a treatment on the day, a deposit will be taken for the treatment. Should you not want to go ahead with the treatment or if you are unsuitable for the treatment the deposit fee is non-refundable however if you are unsuitable, you can use the deposit towards a different treatment. We advise all our patients to have a consultation first so that we can review the Medical History and ensure that the treatment you wish to have is the right for you.

POLICY ON RESCHEDULING

We require a rescheduling notice of at least 48 hours, this is because the clinic is very busy, and treatments can take up to 2 hours at a time. If you fail to let us know outside the 48-hour notice period, then your deposit will be taken and a new deposit will be required.

Please note that missed calls are not accepted as a proof of cancellation or rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any inquiries.

REFUNDS

Purchases of any treatments, treatment courses are NON – REFUNDABLE, however can be transferred to alternative aesthetic/beauty treatments or a credit note within 14 days of purchase. Credit note will expire after 12 months, and 24 months for pregnancy. Purchases of any products are nonrefundable for hygiene reasons.

LATE ARRIVALS

We kindly request you to arrive on time for your appointment to avoid waiting time at reception due to overcrowding. We try our best to accommodate late arrival however there may be times where your treatment time may have to be reduced or rescheduled to another date. If the treatment must be moved, the late cancellation fee will apply.

TREATMENTS DISCLAIMER

We achieve significant results on many cases and strive to work with you to achieve the desired result. However, client’s results may vary from person and thus results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological make up and response, diet, and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.

POLICY ON CHILDREN

We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the reception area. Our Front of House staff are neither trained nor insured to look after children, and we respectfully ask our clients to refrain from asking our receptionist to watch their children during treatments. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the laser treatment room at any time.

POLICY ON PETS

We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the treatment rooms for hygiene reasons. Even though we love your little bundles of joy!
