BOOKING POLICY

Bookings can be made directly via our booking system where you will pay the full amount or alternatively you can call/message our clinic and request your appointment.
If you book via message/call a deposit of £50 will be required for any aesthetics treatments. Our staff member will send you a deposit link that needs to be paid within 24h after link has been sent.
If you fail to pay your deposit in this time period your appointment will be automatically cancelled out the diary.

LATENESS POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you for your appointment and your deposit will be taken. A new deposit will be required in order to rebook.

CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you need to cancel/reschedule please give us 48 hour notice in order to keep your deposit. Any cancellation within 12 hour or no show will require full payment for the appointment.  
If the fee is not paid no future appointments will go ahead.
